Although her official function is Purchasing Manager, people around the C³ Technology Center affectionately call Lois "The Cookie Lady" because she loves to bake and share her creations. She managed a staff of 26 people in her years at Appleton Papers as Customer Service/Sales Service Manager and loves the smaller team enviroment C³ provides. She has been with C³ from the beginning and it has been a great 17 years.

Lois works closely with C³ team members and customers to secure vendors, negotiate pricing and warranties, purchase off-the-shelf and manufactured parts, and uses her broad knowledge base of manufacturing to keep projects on time and under budget. Her excellent memory and attention to detail helps her keep the specifics of every project in order.

Her parents and siblings are her inspiration. Her easy smile broadens as she talks about her parent’s influence on her professional life. They always said if she wanted something, she had to work hard to get it. From her sister, she learned women may have to work extra hard in the business world, but success is attainable. Her brother, Joe, taught her that passion is what fuels excellence. This sound advice, which she uses every day, helps her bring passion, excellence and hard work to her customers at C³.

In her free time, you will find Lois baking, doing home improvement projects like dry walling, nurturing friendships, and listening to country music. She is a proud mother of three college-age kids and finds joy in being a good listener and friend.
